Great service. Our irrigation system was leaking at the main pipe on a Saturday, I call Paul right away. He showed up promptly that night, and turn off the water for me, it relieved my worries, so I can contact the sprinkler system company later.

Paul did an incredible job by showing up to our house as soon as possible, when we really needed escape from a terrible apartment flooding situation. Not only did he help vacuum out the water, he also fixed the leakage completely, changed the pipe situation so that the same issue doesn’t occur again, and installed our new washer-dryer unit. He came back the next day by taking time out of his vacation/festival, and ensured that all details are working properly, he also unclogged our toilet. He had also provided us information about the quality and types of the pipes and where the valve shut off of the unit is, which is what helped us from further damage during the flooding.

Had my first experience of a “toddler blockage” in our toilet! I had a feeling our toddler threw something in our toilet just wasn’t sure what. Luckily I called Paul and he made a trip from Vancouver to Surrey, same day! He was really quick and efficient and he understands the woes of parenthood and he also has very reasonable pricing. We can happily use our toilet again and if our child ever happens to throw something in our toilet again we will definitely be calling Paul.
